About Panhandle Exterior Solutions, LLC in Amarillo, TX

A Co-Owner-Operated Cleaning and Exterior Solutions Business Serving Amarillo

Panhandle Exterior Solutions, LLC is a bonded and insured cleaning and exterior solutions company serving Amarillo, TX, co-owned and operated by Joseph Ortiz and his wife Alejandra. Joseph grew up in Amarillo and spent 15 years working in customer service before entering the cleaning industry alongside his father's established local business. That hands-on experience—learning the work from the ground up—shaped how Panhandle Exterior Solutions approaches every job today.

Joseph launched Panhandle Exterior Solutions as an independent operation in August 2024, building on what he learned while also identifying where he could do more for his own community under his own name. The business reflects a direct extension of those years of experience, not a fresh start from scratch.

In Joseph's own words: "I really got into this work just because I really felt the need to help people, especially with those hoarder houses...going into a situation like that, it kind of changes your heart...I don't even look at the money, I look at what am I going to do to help people out." That perspective isn't marketing language—it's the reason the business exists.

One of the clearest ways Panhandle Exterior Solutions demonstrates its values is through its work with Adult Protective Services on hoarder cleanout and cleanup projects. These are not straightforward jobs—they require patience, sensitivity, and a genuine willingness to show up for people in difficult circumstances. This kind of work is where the philosophy Joseph described becomes visible in practice.

Hoarder cleanout and cleanup services require more than physical labor. They call for a respectful approach to spaces that carry real weight for the people involved, and an understanding that the goal is restoring safety and livability, not just clearing a property. Working directly with Adult Protective Services means the people receiving these services are often among Amarillo's most vulnerable residents.

Joseph's family—including his father and brother—are also active in the cleaning industry locally, which means this business carries roots in the Amarillo community that extend beyond the 2024 founding date. That local presence and shared knowledge informs how the team approaches its work.
